Shower never got hotter than lukewarm, then near-cold within 3 minutes. One of the place we choose to stay because it's in a good location and also reasonable pricing. We loved the vibe of New York-New York. The casino was amazing! Stop following Richard H. Room is severely antiquated. I was in and out within mins!

I was in Empire tower. I would call it a typical Vegas basic guest room. Comfortable enough but not luxurious. We stayed in the Century Tower rooms. Our room was spacious and it had a view of the pool. The TV was huge and the furniture was properly placed.

We had a small recliner in the room and it came in handy. The room was really comfy and felt like home to us. The beds are amazing! I don't know what kind of mattresses they use, but sleep was just fantastic. The Pool was just right! My stay from beginning to end was amazing! It was my 36th bday and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went well.

The mobile checkin was an absolute life saver! The line was almost out the door and I was able to walk right up to the kiosk and check in, scan my id, get my keys and room assignment! Way to go NYNY! So to avoid the long lines at check in make sure you opt for the mobile check in. I was in and out within mins! Winning One of the place we choose to stay because it's in a good location and also reasonable pricing.

We ride the roller coaster! It was pretty damn steep, fast, and made me scream! The casino was amazing! The outside is so visually appealing with so many things to look at. And inside the way they captured New York streets made it fun to walk around. Overall I was happy with my time here though next time I might unplug the phone. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Check-in - Smooth and relatively fast. As a reminder, resort daily resort fees will be collected at this time so be prepared. Room - Nice but by no means lavish. The king bed was very comfy and the view of the strip fantastic. Casino floor - Lots of slots and gaming tables. They even have free lessons at some of the tables at certain times of the day which I thought was pretty cool. Entertainment- Zumanity plays here. Convenience - walking bridges connect it to MGM and Excalibur.

It is also a short walk from Aria. From there, you can take a tram to Bellagio and enjoy the other end of the strip. Would I recommend this place? Good deal for the money. I've stayed at NYNY about five times now. It's been consistently good each time. The staff is friendly. Front desk, housekeeping, casino floor staff, taxi wranglers, and the restaurant staff. All nice and friendly. The place is clean.

There is visible security, so you feel safe. At night you'll see a lot of interesting people outside. I won't go into that though Rooms are clean and comfy. The strip view rooms are nice. I stayed in the block of the Century tower this time strip view. The room was quiet and I didn't hear the roller coaster. The room bathrooms are clean and functional. As well as casino floor restrooms. They even have drink holders! This is my first time using mobile check-in and it worked without a hitch.

Checked in the day before, was offered room upgrades, go to choose my check in and out times, and got my confirmation. All I had to do was walk to the self service mobile check in desk to scan my QR code and have my ID photocopied. And it dispenses the amount of room cards i requested. I did choose to go old fashioned and check out by staying in line to be helped by someone at the check out desk. She was friendly too. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is because it was damn near impossible to find any power outlets in my room.

My guest and I had to unplug a clock and a lamp just to charge our phones. But all the hotels in the strip do this. Btw, the WiFi is pretty fast. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Uber and Lyft were a joke in Vegas. Stick with the cabbies. Rideshare drivers are bigger thieves than slot machines. I was expecting more from this place. I did not stay at the hotel, just passed by to explore. They have a "coney Island" Roller coaster They also have the famous Statue of Liberty of course, FYI one fun fact Its not like the real NYC statue of Liberty, this one has a difference in one of the ears True story, the designer made a mistake, the comp.

So many machines, its awesome!!! This is a good hotel to stay in if you go to vegas with kids. Coming back to play those games.

Also, the virtual reality game room is huge! Prepare yourself because you will be in there for 45 minutes shooting at people or at zombies! Best pizza outside of NYC!! Also ate at the Italian restaurant, had the spinach pasta ravioli!!! I will be craving that dish for days to come. The roller-coaster was fun but I recommend you do it before you eat!!!!

Lol Overall I liked this casino. Not the most extravagant but I can definitely see myself staying here again. Instead, I was stuck on the 5th floor and got to see their roof! But here is why I liked it here - Doesn't have a nightclub so the casino wasn't as crowded at night and it was easy to find parking close to the elevator except if there is an event at the T-Mobile Arena. Then good luck with self-parking! Relaxing way to pass the time if you are getting killed on the table!

LoL I just stayed here one night and while it wasn't anything amazing it did the job. The room did seem kinda old but the bed was comfortable and I slept well so no issues here. The self check in worked pretty well and self parking for a fee boooooo is okay except that the garage is a little hard to find and lord help you if you try to park during an arena event.

They do a good job with the NY theme and they have some decent restaurants for okay prices on the strip. The pizza place is worth a try for a quick slice. The Mexican place isn't bad and they give you lots of food. The Chinese place is better than you'd expect. Tom's Urban is okay but I liked it better back when it was the sports bar. Gallagher's is the best and most expensive of them all if you like a legit old school steakhouse with dry aged meat. I haven't eaten at the Irish place but dueling pianos is fun.

The casino is okay too, it isn't the largest in Vegas but it's a decent size and wasn't too crowded. NYNY isn't the most amazing place in Vegas but I'd stay here again if I can get a good deal since you're close to everything. New York New York is a cool spot on the strip. They have stuff for kids and super adult stuff.

I like the outer area with all the good food choices and there is good food choices inside as well. After my recent stay I will say this place is showing it's age and not in a fine wine kinda way..

First they try to push you on the convenience of mobile check-in.. There's the infamous rollercoaster and a huge arcade, which is a cool feature cause there isn't many things available to do for people less than 21 staying on the strip! The sports book is really small. There are a lot of restaurants, and this is the home to the cirque show Zumanity. The location is great, especially if you are going to the TMobile arena. There is also the Park, which has great restaurants and places to drink!

Fun New York themed hotel. Not staying here but came for lunch. They have a ton of restaurants. I didn't count, but between the sit down restaurants and snack places I would say at least They have many sports bars and sports gaming areas. For restaurants think Chinese, steak, Italian, Jewish deli, shake shack, hot dogs, and ice cream.

You can also take a tram to other hotels. Well worth the stop while you are walking on the strip, the smaller version of lady liberty is cool as well.

Plenty of stuff to do here for all ages! So, overall I would recommend this place! I heard that the rooms were just okay and yes that's true they are but they aren't bad either. It wasn't anything fancy like the Venetian or Bellagio but my room was clean. The casino was alright and I loved how the hotel had NY themed restaurants and bars. So overall I would stay here again if I was on a budget.

A lot of the hotels have removed free self- parking. They can't seem to get it together here. One of the place we choose to stay because it's in a good location and also reasonable pricing. Overall I liked this casino. I just stayed here one night and while it wasn't anything amazing it did the job. Really cool concept of a hotel.
